Organic Chef To Go makes every effort to prevent cross-contamination, however, we cannot fully prevent it. Our cooking utensils, equipment, supplies, pantry items and other materials may come into contact with food items known as the Big Eight.
- Fish, such as bass, flounder, and cod
- Tree Nuts, such as pecans, pistachios, walnuts, etc.
- Crustacean shellfish, such as shrimp, lobster, crab, etc
An allergic reaction can be mild or severe, and can occur immediately after the food has been eaten or several hours later. Symptoms can initially begin as mild and become life-threatening over time. An allergic reaction can include some or all of the following symptoms:
- Hive or itchy rashes
- Vomiting and/or diarrhea
- Abdominal Pain
