Locally Made Meals
All of our meals, juices, and snacks are prepared locally in our Scottsdale commercial kitchen. We prepare, cook, and package your meals to order.
Did you know that 90% of our produce is sourced locally from McClendon’s farms in Peoria? Delivering you a truly fresh, and nutrient dense product.
Organic Meal Delivery
Meals are delivered fresh to your door on Monday and Wednesdays. On Monday you will receive your meals for Monday and Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, you’ll receive your meals for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
We hand deliver between 6-8 am, with contactless delivery. Simply store your meals in the fridge, and follow enclosed storage and reheating instructions.
Our meals are fresh 4-6 days in the fridge from the day of delivery. Mix and match your meals and enjoy.

We work with local purveyors who share in our commitment in providing the highest quality ingredients. For the past 8 1/2 years our Executive Chef, Kristen Madison has helped transform hundreds of lives with her food philosophy, culinary training, and passion for a healthy lifestyle.
A Whole Food, Plant-Rich Diet is one focused on eating fresh and minimally processed foods. In combination, we also incorporate heart healthy cooking techniques which align with The Mediterranean Diet.
Proteins: Organic Poultry, Wild Caught Seafood, Grass Fed Beef, Organic Tofu, Lentils, Beans, Quinoa, and House Made Bean Cakes
Vegetables: Organic, non-GMO, and no dirty dozen
Low Glycemic Carbohydrates: Beans, sweet potatoes, lentils, complex carbs, whole grains
Antioxidant rich ingredients, superfoods, nuts, seeds, and hormone free dairy
Depends on the meal, on average our meals are 450-550 calories each.
Our goal is to create sustainable eating habits long term, and we provide macro information for your meals, as well as a list of ingredients.

No, we offer a weekly recurring meal plan option, as well as a monthly meal plan option with a savings of 5%.
