Meal Plans

All meal plans are final sale. If you need to pause delivery, a 48 hour business day notice is required. You can submit a pause request online 24/7. Once your pause request has been received we will pause services.

Unused Delivery Days/Meals

If you have paused services and have unused delivery days or meals that are due to you, you will have 6 months to utilize your remainder delivery days or meals. If 6 months have passed from the date of purchase (your order confirmation), unfortunately, they will expire and a new plan will need to be purchased. 

Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan

You can upgrade/downgrade and switch between plans by logging into your account. 

Monthly/20-Day Meal Plans

These plans are prepaid and are offered at a special rate. Our unused delivery days/meals policy will apply. 

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates, emailed, mailed or purchased in our storefront are non-refundable.
