What does mindful eating mean to us? 

We believe that food is personal, and our relationship with food and nutrition is the foundation of a healthier and happier life. All calories are not created equal, and we thoroughly believe in order to create sustainable and attainable wellness goals we must focus on three essential elements.

Whole Food Nutrition

As in our company name, we focus on sourcing certified organic produce and ingredients which include fresh produce, organic poultry,  beef, wild-caught seafood, antioxidant-rich ingredients, superfoods, whole grains, plant-based proteins, nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado oil, and unrefined coconut oil.

We focus on eating fresh, whole foods, and not obsessing over calories, as we understand and know that all food is not created equal.

Healthy Cooking Techniques

A key element of delicious food begins with proper and healthy cooking techniques. We begin by sourcing the best ingredients available, and this begins by purchasing produce grown right here in Arizona during the months of October through May.

By placing a strong emphasis on locally sourced ingredients we’re able to provide you with not only the freshest ingredients available but also nutrient-dense meals.  Here, we utilize healthy cooking techniques such as roasting, grilling, steaming, and sautéing. Adding a depth of flavor with fresh herbs and spices, aromatics, and then salt and pepper.
