Stove Top: Place the pan on the stovetop and turn the heat to medium-low. Add 1/2 tsp of oil to the pan. Remove the food from the food container and place it in the pan. Add 1-2 tbsp of water to the pan. Cover and heat until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached, approximately 3-4 minutes.
