The Wellness Meal Plan includes organic poultry, wild-caught seafood, plant-based proteins, whole grains, superfoods, nuts, seeds, quinoa, brown rice, beans, and an abundance of fresh, nutrient-dense produce.
We’ve eliminated excess sodium, gluten, pork, processed plant-based protein substitutes, refined sugar, peanuts, and high glycemic carbohydrates.
