We work one-on-one with you in developing a menu based on your food preferences, dietary needs, and service goals.

How It Works
- Order Meals: Place your order online and after checkout, you’ll receive our welcome email and food questionnaire.
- Menu Planning: Offering a weekly, seasonal menu for our organic prepared meal delivery services. Based on your food questionnaire, we’ll tailor our offerings to meet your food preferences and/or dietary needs.
- Organic Weekly Meal Prep Delivery: Meals are hand-delivered in a temperature-controlled cooler bag with ice packs. Orders placed by 8 AM Thursday will begin delivery on Monday. Orders placed after this time will begin the following Monday. We deliver on Monday and Wednesday, 7 AM – 9 AM. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Monday you’ll receive Monday and Tuesday Meals, Wednesday, you’ll receive the remainder. Simply follow enclosed storage and reheating instructions for ready-to-eat meals, in minutes.

From our scratch cooking techniques, and a passion for health and wellness, our meals are packed with nutrition and flavor. We believe healthy eating can be fun, flavorful, and exciting.
What is a serving?
A serving is one portion/one meal serving that can feed 1 adult or 2 small kids. For example, if you order 3 meals with 2 servings each, you’ll receive 6 meals, two portions of each meal. This will feed 1 person lunch and dinner for 3 days OR lunch or dinner for 6 days. Alternatively, this will feed 2 adults lunch or dinner for 3 days.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer hand delivery up to 10 miles from our North Scottsdale kitchen.
Is pickup available?
Yes, pickup is available Monday to Friday.
Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
Yes, your order is perishable and needs to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
Will I know when my order is out for delivery?
Yes, you will receive a text message when your driver is out making deliveries.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs and/or food preferences?
For the most part, yes. We can accommodate many special dietary needs and food preferences, however, some we do not accommodate, specifically very complex and/or customers with severe food allergies. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have questions regarding our accommodations.
